with a 125 or 124 grain bullet, using Federal match magnum small pistol primers go to AA#9. The best accuracy is slightly over teh AA listed max load. My 229 Legion will shoot groups under 1/2 MOA at 25 yards with this. You will need to replace the spring with a heavy than stock (21# at least)
