Well I want to thank all of you for your help and suggestions. I loaded up a batch this weekend, 4.3 gr. Win 231, 124 gr. MW, col. 1.075. I used the plunk test with a sharpie coated bullet. Seating bullet until it let no marks when chambered. Actually, col ended up being approx. 1.072. Shot about 40 rounds, all seemed to chamber and eject well, accuracy seemed on par with factory loads. Slowly solving low and left groups, now at just left. At 8 yards, all. 40 were in side an 7\” standard target ring.
