22gr CFE 223 good for <300 yards, string cycle carbine or rifle length using h1 or carbine buffer.

18.5gr min charge with ultra light buffer and carbine length, barely cycles but works for plinking 100yards for the kids. Don’t kick as hard.

21gr LT-30 > 300 yards cycle kind of hard use h2 buffer rifle length barrel/tube

Both my barrels are marked 556, all brass is full length resized, primer pocket clean and swedge to size, trimmed, oal set to 2.240” on light factory crimp. Bullet height and crimp is separate.
