Accurate #5 is what I have. 6.2 grains and seat them at 1.130\”.

I started with 4.0 grs Titegroup and was getting 1050fps out of a Glock 19 suppressed with Omega 9K. Would heat up fast so after some research I found 4.4 grs Universal gave me 1030fps and did not heat up as fast. So that’s what I’m running now.

I\’ve been successful with Power Pistol in my Ruger LC9S and Security 9.

If I increased or decreased the length by 0.010, accuracy went into the weeds.

Didn\’t read the post correctly. 5.7 grains AA #5 seated at 1.085\” should work really well.

Anybody using AA7 with the 124gr MPR? 7gr with a OAL of 1.20 was an OK load, but it didn\’t plunk in all my barrels. So I\’m trying to work up a load with a shorter OAL, and I\’m curious if others are using AA7 and at what OAL.
