    I couldn’t find any published data so I extrapolated a load, starting off easy. 3.8 gr. of 700-X gave me around 930 fps – 950 fps. This was kind of weak. They ran well through my S&W 5906 and HK P7 M8 but my S&W Shield was short stroking and occasionally FTE.

    I moved up to 4.1 gr of 700-X and now they average about 1050 fps and run well in all of my nines.

    One of my favorite powders. I was getting about 1050 with 3.8 in a 4.5\” KKM barrel and a COL of 1.08\”.
