If I am using a standard sizing die, I do not use a crimp with non cannelured bullets. The die provides enough neck tension.

Depending on the sizing die that you are using, that isn\’t unusual to see a slight bulge in the brass. Your sizing dies is probably undersizing the brass, this helps to prevent setback when the bullet is chambering.

I assume that you are loading for 9mm Luger/9×19?

The Vihtavuori manual shows 2.8-3.4 grains with a 147 plated bullet and 2.5-2.8 grains with a jacketed 147.

No, they are not a VLD profile

The 69 3GH bullets are good for the price point, but don\’t expect them to be a Sierra Matchking.

TAC is a great powder for these.

I have not done any hunting with them.

It depends.

You may need to sort the bullets by measuring them. Hornady and Sinclair sell the comparator tools to do this.
