ParticipantI shoot Service Rifle and XTC matches on a fairly irregular basis. I shot an XTC match last weekend and did fairly well. I haven’t shot in 6 months so I’m a little rusty. My barrel is a 20-inch, chrome-lined, government NATO profile, so not exactly a “match” barrel, but the RMR 75’s work great in it. My best string of the day was the second of two 10-shot, sitting rapid stages fired at 200 yards .
I wound up with:
1-X
6-10’s
2-9’s and
1-8 for a 95-1 out of a possible 100-10.
Not bad for an off-the-shelf rifle. In MY rifle, the RMR 75’s shoot as well as the name-brand bullets. My load is 24.0 of TAC, c.o.a.l. of 2.210″ (MY rifle prefers a longer “jump” than normal). With a little more practice and a LOT of dry fire practice, I’m sure the trigger puller can come up with some “cleans” pretty soon. RMR is definitely my “Go-To” bullet source.
That for a great product at an unbeatable price.

ParticipantI struggled with the 69s but the 75s work much better.
