I’ve reloaded close to 10,000 now and will NEVER go back to lead, plated or God-forbid, plastic coated bullets. Why? Accuracy and feeding reliability is superior. For example, I shoot two Sig MPX’s in PCC competition and FTF or FTE’s will ruin your score. MPX’s are short-stroke gas firearms with high-angled feed ramps, and the harder FMJ bullets just plain feed better. So buy At least 3,000 per order to save $ and you eliminate many of the peculiarities of making plated and poly bullets reliable.

I had heard of RMR a while back, but decided to stick with my plated projectile of choice at the time. When those recently became difficult to get ahold of for some time, and after trying a few other plated options, I finally decided to give these FMJ’s a try. Now I’m kicking myself for not switching over sooner.
I don’t know how they manage to sell FMJ’s for literally the same price as plated (if not lower) than any plated round I’ve come across… but I don’t ask questions… I just buy more. Add in the free shipping (which was a surprise) and these are an even better deal.
I weighed out about two dozen of these projectiles and found them the be within 2/10ths of a grain apart. Never seen that in a plated round. They load up and shoot beautifully too. Just be sure to double check your load data if switching from plated, as there will be some minor adjustments needed.

Ordered 124gr FMJ-RN from RMR twice in 1000ct orders, first in 2016, 2nd in 2017. I just finished loading the last order. Very satisfied; load and shoot great; great value. They now make these in house but I believe the current offering is same bullet. Suggest plunk test; I seated at 1.125; used power pistol; duplicated factory ammo nicely. Will buy from RMR again.

Great bullets, i have loaded about 10k of them. They are very consistent and I have had good accuracy results. Be aware that they have a relatively blunt ogive and need to be loaded pretty short in a pistol with a short leade (think CZs). As was pointed out by another Mike, perform a plunk test and you will be fine.

I love these bullets 124gr FMJ RN I’m using w231 powder I’ve been working up some loads and these bullets are accurate. I’m at 4.1gn of w231 and O.A.L 1.150 with Winchester small pistols primer. go to test a little higher. I will be buying more bullets soon

I have used the RMR 124gr and the 147gr bullets for my 9mm reloads. RMR has NEVER price gouged, and yes, they needed time to ship out the bullets, but they are fantastic.

I use a 5inch SVI 2011 for competition and rely on RMR for their bullets (and cheap price). You are a fool to buy any other bulk bullet. Your welcome.

Once again RMR comes through with a great product. Shipping was shorter than advertised and these shoot outstanding from my SAR-9 loaded with AA#5. First test loads did one ragged hole at 21 ft. Great bullets at a great price. I will be ordering more of these very soon!!

These bullets seemed fine in my first quick 50 test loads. But I’m hesitant to load any more cartridges without data on the recommended OAL. Usually OAL varies by the shape of the projectile’s ogive, but there doesn’t seem to be any OAL data available for this particular bullet. Manufacturers of bullets generally provide such data for their specific bullet’s shape. Absent any better data, I’ll probably end up using the SAAMI spec and load them just shy of 1.169, I suppose. It would be very helpful if RMR included a recommended min/max OAL in the product description.

  OAL is VERY dependent upon what gun you have. Especially in today’s market. Some guns like a Glock gen 5 of many of the CZ guns won’t let you seat very deep. Other guns will let you seat as long as you want. We are not ammo manufacturers. We make bullets for reloaders. Recommending anything without knowing exactly what chamber you are loading for is not a good idea. You’ll likely find that the Saami spec is no good for any of your guns. The good news is that there’s volumes worth of information online from people who’ve loaded the tens of millions of our bullets that we’ve sold. There is also a reloading forum on this website with tons of different loads people have used. 1.169 works in very few guns these days because of the new guns with no leade in the chamber.

Excellent bullets! Will never buy anything else.
I’ve tested OAL of 1.075” with 5.3gn CFE Pistol. Getting an average 1120 fps. Tested using a couple of Glocks, M&P 9, M&P Shield, P365, SD, 92FS and a Fox Mike PC 5”. It worked great on all those. I will be trying 1.100” and 1.150” with more powder soon since the shortest chamber out of all those is the M&P shield at 1.195”

I’ve been a customer for many years RMR sells a great jacketed bullet at a price others charge for copper plated or coated bullets . The only person I know that doesn’t like RMR bullets is the lady that delivers my mail .
